Skip's Call - The Curling Game of Strategy and Tactics
Ages 10 and up.
Overview:
Skip's Call is the curling game of strategy and tactics that will help all curlers with game strategy and shot-calling tactics. The game is best played in groups. This allows discussion which helps learning. A knowledgeable administrator will facilitate the game by executing the called shots based on a four-point scale. The administrator's decisions are final. Skip's Call is a discussion-based learning tool since it is partly a game of chance. Procedurally, the game is similar to a real game where teams meet with a coach during a pre-game meeting to discuss overall game strategy.
